Question 9 on the Goji 100 Nutritional Supplement: Does the Flash Pasteurization and the heat damage beneficial active constituents in the Goji berry?
Great question. Of everything, this was my greatest concern. Therefore I tested it multiple times. This sophisticated Flash Pasteurization process is so advanced versus the old, traditional pasteurization used in dairies and food manufacturing plants. The heat does damage some of the enzyme activity of the Goji juice. The range is between 15% - 23% of just the enzyme activity in our Goji berries. It DOES NOT damage the most important active constituents in this amazing berry or juice, such as the Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides 1,2,3 & 4, or the amino acids, or the vitamins and minerals, or the novel compounds such as the Solavetione and germanium, etc., etc.
Question 10 on the Goji 100 Nutritional Supplement: Is your final Goji 100 product tested for active compounds?
Yes. And we can provide you with copies of many of these tests, especially of many of the most significant ones, which identify things such as the Lycium barbarum polysaccharides 1,2,3 & 4. We are currently running multiple tests on the finished product and will continue to do so for years to come.

Absolutely not.
Question 12 on the Goji 100 Nutritional Supplement: What is the shelf life for Goji 100?
At this point we are sure, through accelerated shelf-life studies, that GOJI 100 has a shelf-life of 2 years. We expect to increase it over time. We will have more information on this within the next 12 months.
