Vitamins & Nutritional Supplements:  How They May Help

On the pages that you will find on the above links, we have listed certain ailments and then the vitamins, “Super Juice” foods and nutritional supplements that have been reported useful for these ailments.  This page contains  links for those ailments starting with the letters H through L.  We have listed this info for you for informational purposes only, and we  recommend you do further research and consult with your licensed health care practioner before starting any of these ideas.   

Many Diseases Are Caused or Made Worse by Too Many Toxins

In our opinion, many of today’s diseases are either caused or made worse by excessive exposure to toxins.  Chemicals are everywhere in our environment today, and we are often exposed to far more chemicals than our bodies can handle and dispose of easily.  This is why many of us are in toxic overload.  In addition to adding nutrient-rich foods, vitamins, super juices & nutritional supplements to our diets, doing some of the following can be very helpful:

  1. Change to Non-Toxic & Fragrance-Free Body Care and Cleaning Products
  2. Try to Make Your Home as Toxin-Free as Possible - use non-toxic flooring, mattresses, furniture, bedding, natural pesticides and fertilizer on the lawn & garden, etc.
  3. Get a Water Ionizer*
  4. Use an Infrared Sauna*
  5. Fasting*

*Please ask your licensed health care practitioner about the water ionizer, infrared sauna and fasting, especially if you are already under his or her care for a particular ailment.  

If you already have a chronic disease, excess toxins are more than likely putting so much of a burden on your body that you may be unable to get well, no matter what else you do nutritionally, like adding vitamin rich foods to your diet or nutritional supplements*, so please do seriously think about how you can reduce your toxic load.
