Toxins Cause or Exacerbate Many Diseases
In our humble opinion, many of today’s diseases are either caused or made worse by exposure to too many toxins. Chemicals are everywhere in our environment today, and we are often exposed to more chemicals than our bodies can handle on a day to day basis. Often times, our homes, work places and schools contain toxins, and it is not easy to change this. However, there are things you can do to make yourself and your home less toxic so as to reduce your toxic overload. In addition to using nutrient-rich foods, vitamins, super juices & nutritional supplements to our diets, doing some of the following may be very helpful:
- Change to Non-Toxic & Fragrance-Free Personal Care and Cleaning Products
- Reduce Toxins In Your Home: use non-toxic flooring, mattresses, furniture, bedding, natural pesticides and fertilizers on the lawn & garden, etc.
- Get a Water Ionizer*
- Use an Infrared Sauna*
- Fasting*
*Please ask your licensed health care practitioner about the water ionizer, infrared sauna and fasting, especially if you are already under his or her care for a particular ailment.
Those who already have a chronic and/or serious disease often are more toxic to begin with, and then have a lower threshhold for toxins. You are most likely putting so much of a burden on your body that you may be unable to get well, no matter what else you do medically or nutritionally, like adding vitamin rich foods to your diet or nutritional supplements*. Because of this, we really think it is important to seriously think about how you can reduce your toxic load - and then to do it!
